The class is designed for the beginner and intermediate participant levels. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The view on the water is incomparable. The duration of the class is 75 minutes.

- Dock for your boat during the class (5 spots)
- Access to the lake for swimming for 2h after the end of the yoga class (without supervision)
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and a block. Bring your mooring lines if you are coming by boat. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class.
