Semi-Private Cardio & Yoga Training on Wednesday Evenings - 4 sessions
STARTS AT 6PM - DURATION 90 MINUTES
This optional cardiovascular workout aims to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and help manage stress.
Different jogging or walking routes along the water will be offered. This cardiovascular effort from 6:00 pm to 6:25 pm will optimize the training time and facilitate stretching.
