Monday Boot Camp by the Water - 5 Sessions
STARTS AT 6:15PM - ENDS AT 7:30PM - DURATION 75 MINUTES
This fitness class begins with 20 minutes of aerobic training followed by strengthening exercises using elastics and kettlebells. This price is for a total of 5 sessions with your choice of dates.
Get in shape in time for summer with this effective boot camp. Every Monday from April 17 to June 19 2023 from 6:15PM until 7:30PM.
- Instructor with a university degree in kinesiology and experience as a long-distance athlete
- Assessment of the cardiovascular capacity at the 5th and 10th sessions (optional)
Meet at the edge of Lake Lacoursière, in front of in front of 550 chemin du Golf, Verdun, H3E 1A8 - Bring a yoga mat or a large towel, a water bottle, and additional clothes in case you would like to change after the class - Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class.
